Tim Gleason, President

Tim Gleason is the president and founder of Gleason Companies. Tim brings over a decade of experience in construction, engineering, real estate investment, and real estate development throughout the country. His educational background includes a Masters in Structural Engineering with focus on Real Estate Development from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), complemented by a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Civil Engineering from North Dakota State University.
Partnering with his father, Dennis Gleason, the founder of Gleason Construction, Tim stands on a heritage of four generations of construction service to North Dakota.
Currently based in Fargo, ND with his wife, Allie, Tim leads Gleason Companies with a focus on integrity and innovation in the real estate development sector. His vision aligns with driving growth while ensuring the company remains rooted in its commitment to clients and communities.

Following his grandfather's legacy as a cement mason and his father’s success in construction, Dennis combines his Electrical Technology background with Christian values, emphasizing honesty and integrity in every project.
Since 1988, Dennis has led Gleason Construction with a commitment to quality and craftsmanship, striving to manifest exceptional projects that honor God's name. His deep-rooted faith and collaborative spirit drive the company's ongoing success, building legacies of excellence in construction. Dennis is currently based in Devils Lake, ND with his wife Dinah.
